Warrior Run Pathways

To access these trails, we park either at the AYSO fields (I think they have gated these off now?  They have had trouble with vandals) or at the gate over by the entrance to the schools football and soccer field.

This path follows along the creek

There are a variety of loops and combinations, all grass or short stretches of gravel path.  You can go past a pond, the windmill, Historic Fort Freeland.  The farm fields here are on school property, and there are mowed paths right through the crops where you are permitted to walk.

There's a bridge over the creek, connecting the AYSO field side of the paths to the Fort Freeland side of the paths.

Walking on the trail down behind Fort Freeland

The pond here is always FULL of turtles

The section of trail that loops around behind the soccer fields has large puddles - very large puddles - after heavy rains, I'd avoid that section if it's been rainy lately.

The Warrior Run Pathways website has some great bike route ideas too!
