This waterfall has it's own parking lot, on 118. Normally you can then take the trail from here, to the Falls Trail (it leads to Waters Meet, where you then can do the loop) but with the construction in this area, you now need to drive to a parking lot a few feet up the road, on the opposite side of the road, to catch the Falls Trail.
Adams Falls is my favorite waterfall. It's impossible to properly capture it in photos. The sounds, the smells, the shadows, the layers.. you have to go see it for yourself. You do need to "hike" down a short path to get to it, but it's easy.
