The Gallows In Lycoming County Pa |
In our local counties, Lycoming County used the gallows most frequently. In Snyder County, they were used just twice - for men convicted of the same crime. Those gallows are on display in the Snyder County Historical Society building. Northumberland County borrowed their gallows from Dauphin County.
