Billtown Binz, located in downtown Williamsport, is a unique overstock store.
On Saturday everything is $7. Every day the price drops by a dollar, so by Friday, everything is $1.

The hours are:
9-5 Saturday, 11-5 Sunday, and 9-7 Monday through Friday.
Everything is in bins. You dig through the bins and see what you can find.
The bins are roughly sorted into categories. Baby items were mostly in one area, electronics in another. According to their site, the items come from a variety of sources, including " Overstock, Shelf-Pulls, Online Returns, Clearances, Close-outs, Damaged boxes, and Unclaimed Freight"
One of our finds was a kayak roller, for loading kayaks onto our car. It retails for $90.

Each week the store is completely reset. All of the merchandise is removed Friday night, and a new truck load of merchandise is brought in.
