The Olive Tree in Williamsport (Greek)

Of all the great places we ate last year, this tops my list of most memorable dinners.  It was just a great experience!

Tonight we went to the Olive Tree in Williamsport for dinner. We had been to the old location about 15 years ago, but this was our first visit to this location (across from the Genetti). Its fantastic. Tiny. There are two tables. Just 2. So reservations are important. The owner does it all - waitress, prep & cook. So plan for this to take a little time. The food was fantastic, the atmosphere is unique & fun, and the owner is charming & wonderful to speak with.

Baklava in a variety of flavors!

This had been the choice of our daughter - a college student at Lycoming.  She has great taste!  What you are seeing here is not food - but the table.  The tables are shaped like bird baths, filled with dried flowers, and topped with glass circles.
