The Holiday Light Walking Tour On Northway Rd In Williamsport

The Jim Short Park on Northway Road in Williamsport is completely decked out in Christmas lights, and it's completely free to walk through!  Opening night will be December 4th 2021, with the lights turning on at 5:30pm.

The first annual Sally Short Holiday In The Park was held in 2005.

Many of the displays have elements that appear to make them "move", such as a fish being caught, or a gingerbread man climbing up the slide.

All of the playground equipment is decked out in lights.

The walking path is wide and flat.

James Short Park is located at
2131 Northway Road  Williamsport, PA 17701

My recommended route for this area is:
Walk through the display at Jim Short Park on Northway Rd
Drive over to see the Terrace (a house) on Hollywood Circle (The neighborhood there is nicely lit up)
Drive to Newberry, and cross the river there to head to Candy Cane Lane.  Since the majority of visitors approach candy cane lane from the east, if you approach from the west, the line is much shorter!  (We were in a line of 4 cars.  Cars were lined for more than a mile in the other direction waiting to come in from South Williamsport)
