Hayes Covered Bridge, Mifflinburg PA

I personally find this to be one of the most picturesque bridges in our area. There are no houses immediately around it, just a flowing creek, cows in a pasture, and acres and acres of farm land.
Hayes Bridge is a 63 foot long King Truss bridge.
It crosses Buffalo Creek.
Constructed in 1882, it was repaired in 1958

In 1980, the bridge was added to the National Register of Historic Places.
