The waterfall at Sweet Arrow Lake County Park is on the smaller side, at 12-15 feet tall, but it's a pretty sight, and it's super easy to get to.

Sweet Arrow Lake County Park is located at 108 Clubhouse Rd, Pine Grove, PA 17963
This is definitely one of the easiest waterfalls to walk to, in our state. I believe the entire trail is wheelchair accessible, most of it is a boardwalk style bridge. We parked at the parking area above the club house (shown on the map with the the red mark). From the parking lot, walk downhill to towards the club house and lake, then take the trail to the left, which is marked "waterfall trail". It's also the blind trail. It's a short, easy, walk - maybe half a mile at most.
