The Fountain At Danville State Hospital

The Fountain At Danville State Hospital

Palm trees were grown in the greenhouse at the hospital.  Here you can see they appear to be in planters on the front lawn, surrounding the fountain.

Note the similarities to the David Stroud Fountain, in Bloomsburg Pa.

The Stroud fountain, and other fountains in Bloomsburg, were ordered from the  JL Mott Iron Works catalog.  It's possible this fountain was from the same catalog.

This 2014 photo shows a fountain out front of the hospital, but it is not the same fountain.
