Here's the view from one of our many trips, on a sunnier day
This is a view we've seen so often that I take it for granted. At less than an hour away from our home, we've traveled to World's End many times over the years. This particular view is a short walk from the parking area.
Looking down from the parking area
To the side is a paved path, if you wish to avoid the steps. It's a switchback that leads me to believe it is wheelchair accessible.
There's a 4 mile loop canyon vista trail with more views, if you are looking for a hike.

Directly behind the parking area are bathrooms, and the path back to the rock garden.
It's more of a "Boulder" garden, with a trail leading right up over huge boulders you can walk across and explore.
It's much larger than it appears in my photos. MUCH larger. You can spend a good bit of time wandering around up here.
Although I've not hiked to it, if you hike the 4 mile canyon vista trail, "A second rock labyrinth is found in the easternmost section of the trail where it runs parallel to Cold Run Road.
